With a very generous $50,000 challenge grant, Salesforce.com is partnering with us to launch Technology Pathways: Computers for Families on the Road to Self-Sufficiency. This program will provide a combination of access, training, and equipment to families we have recently housed.
Through Technology Pathways: Computers for Families on the Road to Self-Sufficiency, we will provide:
· Desktop computers for each family (including a monitor, speakers and basic software),
· Internet Access for one year,
· In-home set up of computers along with training, email account sign-in, on-going tech support and trouble shooting solutions
· On-going Community Computer Trainings
What is a Challenge Grant? How Can you Help?
A Challenge Grant is an exceptional opportunity for people like you to double their contributions! Every dollar you donate is matched – one for one – by Salesforce.com. For example, if you donate $1,000 to this project today, Salesforce.com will match your gift 100% -- doubling it to $2,000!
To partner with Salesforce.com and Hamilton Family Center on to double your money for digital inclusion please call our Development Associate, Megan Fitzroy at 415-409-2100 x120.
